Applies to all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice.

$150 Late Cancellation Fee

Applies to all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice

No Show Fee

$Full price of visit plus any applicable travel fees

Applies to any no-shows for scheduled appointments
